We will always inform contracted providers with at least 3 months notice of any increases. 

Different versions of standards can be priced individually. 

EPA or Assessment costs for re-sits are usually charged per element (for example where there are 3 elements and one requires re-sit we may charge 1/3 of the overall fee). 

Providers can choose between ACE360 or EPA Pro platforms to process assessments.

Both platforms are well recognised within the industry.

Fees are based on remote assessment. Please ask about face-to-face options if needed.
