Simple Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our courses.  We think you will be delighted with the service and quality training and assessment we provide. We want you to have the best possible experience with us.

At the point when you purchase a course with us you consent to our Privacy Policy, refund policy, and agree if you have a complaint or query to follow our policies and procedures (as shown on our policies page)

Our refund policy is as per the following: 

Our refund policy is as follows:


  • Self-paced Learning


    • Once you have purchased the course, refund requests will not be accepted, and we do not provide any refund.


  • For Instructor-Led Training


    • Refund requests will be accepted, within 3 working days of the course being purchased, less £50 deposit, however, you can move to an alternative date if there is availability up to one week before the date of the course

    • After the third day, a refund request will not be accepted. In case of any issue, we would be happy to assign a new trainer for you or look to move dates and times of courses

    • Courses can be postponed with written agreement from us, without a refund being offered.

  • For EPA (End Point Assessment)


    • We ask for a small deposit of £50 to reserve a date for end point assessment 

    • Deposits can be transferred to another apprentice on the same course at the same time and date with no charge within 28 days of the EPA event 

    • Any cancellations within 7 working days can be charged in full but we will try to accommodate reasonable changes when possible. Cancellations within 2 working days of the EPA will always be charged in full. In the unlikely event we have to cancel or reschedule an EPA within 7 working days of the EPA, we will offer a full refund or alternative date and time

  • We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this policy without notice. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel events in unforeseeable circumstance, such as sickness and in the unlikely event that we can't deliver your course, a full refund will be sent within 7-10 working days from the date of your cleared payment
